Vashon Loop vol. 22 #6 is at the printer
We’re continuing our experiment with color, and you’ll see it on pages 1, 6, 7, and 12. (Because of how commercial printing works, this is the smallest increment of color printing possible.) We’re enjoying the possibilities presented by color, and we hope you enjoy the results.
In this issue, we visit with Den of Pin as their pinball business grows and evolves. We have an interview with an islander now living abroad in pursuit of her ecological training and passions. Animal massage, and Sean and John are back! A story about cruising in a sailboat, and we devote a page to three very distinct island voices who have written us in the recent months. Ukraine and money each get their coverage. And, as always, the horoscopes.
Because the last page—page 12—is now printed in color, we may move the horoscopes in to page 11. Not because they’re not as important as ever, but simply because they don’t benefit from the availability of color. Let us know what you think.
